General Terms of Use (ToU) – Ithranavigate

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “ToU”) is to define the terms and conditions under which the Ithranavigate platform (hereinafter “the Platform”) provides its services to its users (hereinafter “the User”).

By accessing and using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these ToU without reservation.

5. Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
